Use Bridge, our online catalog. You will find a search box for it on the library home page. Feel free to ask one of us at the Research/IT Desk for help using Bridge or locating materials in the library.

  1. At one time, it was possible to
find the book and request it from
home and then pick it up. Now, for some reason, it looks as if you can only mark the record. How do you actuallyrequest the book. Has Bridge changed?

  2. Hi Nancy,

That functionality is the same in the new Bridge interface, but the link is in a different place. First open up the full record for the book you want to place on hold, then click the "request" button next to the call number near the bottom of the page

Also, as has always been the case, this is a service that we provide to faculty only, so have your husband submit the request.
