Answer

You can find DVDs in two locations: a small collection of the most popular DVDs is in the Rookery on the fourth floor. The rest of the DVDs (about 8,300 of them) are behind the Circulation Desk.

To check out a DVD from the Popular DVD Collection, just grab the case for the DVD you want and take it to the Circulation Desk. The person at that desk will trade you the empty case for a case containing the DVD.

To check out a DVD that's not in the Popular DVD Collection, you'll need to look it up in the Bridge Catalog, write down the full call number, and ask for the DVD with that call number at the Circulation Desk.  You can also borrow any DVD at the St. Olaf libraries by clicking the "Request" link.

There are also thousands of movies to watch online.
